About Mallory Callans
Mallory Callans, LAPC, NCC
Under directed experience and clinical supervision of Celia Webb, Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC010048.
Are you struggling with an unhealthy relationship with food? Do you find yourself constantly preoccupied with negative thoughts? Are you tired of feeling trapped in a cycle of low self-esteem or negativity? If you can relate to any of these questions, I'm here to help you on your journey towards healing and self-acceptance.
As a Health At Every Size (HAES) provider working with eating disorders/disordered eating, negative body image, low self-esteem, and more, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore the underlying factors contributing to your struggles. I can also offer a safe space for those in the LGBTQIA+ community experiencing varying struggles such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more.
Together, we can identify the patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck and develop effective strategies to overcome them. My goal is to empower you to develop a healthier relationship with food, nurture a positive body image, and cultivate a sense of self-worth.
Taking the first step towards seeking help can be intimidating but remember that you don't have to face these difficulties alone. Reach out to me today, and together we can embark on a transformative journey towards healing. Your well-being and recovery are important, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
