About Nicole Del Vecchio

Nicole Del Vecchio, Marriage & Family Therapist

Under directed experience and clinical supervision.

Living in the midst of relationship problems with your partner, family, friends, or coworkers can leave you feeling frustrated, sad, tired, hopeless, and hollow. You've tried talking to friends and family; maybe you've read a book that you thought could help you, but nothing seems to work. It's on your mind daily, and you're unsure what to do or how to move forward. I believe we each have the capacity to bring about change in our lives, but I also recognize how hard it can be to know how or where to start. And gosh, it can feel so tricky at times, but I am here to support you.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love helping couples, families, and individuals navigate relationship issues, substance addiction, anxiety, and boundary-setting. I am also passionate about working with clients navigating career stress and transitions, as I worked in corporate operations for ten years before making a career shift. I use a mix of individual and relationship-centered approaches, such as the Gottman Method and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help you process what is going on, understand how you can create change, and empower you with the tools to move things in the direction you desire.

Feeling stuck can be overwhelming, and it's easy to believe that change is out of reach. I understand how daunting it can be to take those first steps. Whether you want a listening ear or to start making changes, I will meet you where you are. If you think we could be a good fit, I would love to hear from you.
