About Page Dickey
Page Dickey, LCSW
I am here to walk with you on a journey to explore your life experience and gain deeper insight into core beliefs, habits, and the power of the unconscious mind. I want to help provide a language that allows you to understand how the mind and body work to release stress and trauma.
Trauma can disconnect us from life, relationships, and meaning. When the emotional body carries that trauma, it limits our capacity to experience joy and live fully. I believe that emotions are intelligent, and healing requires more than thinking.
My intention is to provide a safe and inviting space for you to heal in mind, body, and spirit. I focus on body and breath awareness so you may learn to attend and attune to the nervous systems. There may be past hurts, trauma, and disappointments that have stolen your vitality or sent parts of you into the shadows. All parts of you are welcome.
In my 25+ years of experience in counseling, I have had the pleasure of witnessing so many positive changes in clients who discovered unfolding strength, clarity, and courage they never knew was possible until they risked engaging in therapy. This is a deeply satisfying calling for me. I know you too have a calling to live a life filled with joy and aliveness, and together we will find a new way to get there.
